    Glu Coat

Has any one tried glu coat on pigs? On the container it says for livestock, but just gives feeding directions for cattle. I have some left and want to see how it would work on a hog. If so how many ounces did you feed? Thanks

    hair

Rinse them and then brush them dry in front of fans, however you still need to use your blower occasionaly throughout the day to get the volume in the hair, and the blower helps train the hair too.

    spaying heifers

Normally average around 85-100lbs heavier on the same date as no-spayed heifers, or be ready to send to town up to a month earlier. Think they normally do it around 7-8 months.

    Flushing to multiple sires

This is because one horn makes more eggs than the other, and they probably horn breed one bull to one horn and the other horn to the other bull. If you do it that way you can keep your eggs separate and use different setups to do the flush, and normally the semen stays were you put it, but...

    Flushing Question

I don't think a Holstein milks as much as most of us think when outside of the dairy. In the dairy they are fed tons of feeds to make high amounts of milk, but being out on grass I don' think they would make nearly as much(still more than a beef cow) Used to have small herd of 30 milking...

    Serious need to gain weight

Wouldn't suggest free choicing him or cutting out all hay if its because of bloating. Get him going back on feed and make sure he's getting some long steemed grass hay. Give him some baking soda, or granule tide laundry detergent in his feed every day to prevent bloating. Feed him 4 times a day...
