THE MAN WHO DISCOVERED DIVIDEND_AND NEWER POSTS WITH DIVIDEND INFLUENCED CATTLE

I have the ad pic for the poly Cumberland cow. I think she sold for $19,000. I made a leather carving of her for one of the professors that was managing the herds back then. She was extremely cool.

    Beef Friesian

the best person to ask is tim ohlde. he bred fullblood black and white, and red and white fullbloods. made amerifax from them. my favorite were the red and whites. just seemed thicker, more uniform. i wish they were still around somewhere, but they are probably gone:( maybe there are some in...

ohlde probably still has semen and would love to get rid of it. he had blacks, reds, black and whites and red and whites. the red and whites were my favorite. his angus II's are called that because they go back to his amerifax efforts. i have an old semen catalog, but there are no color...

maybe make something like draft pick without the PHA but retain the thickness without it. Maybe without cunia as well. it would tough.

double muscling is a genetic dead end. maine's in france are testing to allow getting rid of it. surprised Piedmontese aren't popular there.

hence, cows like this, and flush to old horned bulls. rinse repeat with offspring, then polled polled bulls, submit dna to 150k test and offset cunia in the data base for diversity of markers and association with traits like source of dystocia, carcass traits, performance traits. epds not...

Polling has a couple bad effects. Weaker hips/rear end, tubular structure and relaxed prepuce. Polled herefords went through this.

I’ll bet there is less than 50 horned parentage verified fullbloods in the Canadian association without polling in their background. These types of animals almost no longer exist in American association.
