I've got to agree. Without this board and it's associated posts, I would not know much if anything about TH or PHA. It really changed how I look at cattle and the people associated to them. Thanks all for the education.

They're thicker than ever here in west central Wisconsin.

Pretty wide price range at Mn Beef Expo today. An awesome Shorthorn heifer topped the sale at $8500, the majority of the calves sold between $1000 and $3000. All in all a pretty good sale.

Nice looking bull, it's always nice when they have a good disposition.  Look forward to a current picture.

I only went to one "auction" sale, calves ranged from 800-2400, pretty cheap for the most part. Going to Mn Expo sale today, that will probably be a different story.

I use regular grease out of the grease gun. Cover the spots daily and in less than a week, it's dead and the hair is coming back. Hopefully that never gets banned.
