Not trying to be a jerk but how does hair "break"?

Not seen a thread on this but are they any common grooming techniques that judges do not care for? Not a judge here but my critique is when steers backs are combed and clipped with a square, blocky look.  Like the deck of an aircraft carrier.  That's not a natural shape.

Some of bulls say owned by Phil Lautner AND Lautner Farms. By the way, I did not start this thread with the intention of it turning into trashing of an individual. Just trying to figure out who owns what percentage of what?

That's too bad. Also, what's the difference between "Phil Lautner" and "Lautner Farms"? Do they not get along b/c Matt is more aggressive in his marketing? Matt's promotional skills rank up there with Don King and the Ringling Brothers.  Guy is great at it!

That's one of the pages I saw that led to my original post.  Came off as dad trying to put his son in place. Hope that is not the case. I thought many of those bulls were Matt's alone based on things I have read on his site.
