Ya. Just get a nose lead and tie one end to the halter, under the ears. (looks a little better if the unsightly knot is on the off show side IMO) then go under his chin and snap it to the halter on the other side. That way, you don't fool with knots and all that jazz when you really want him to...

There is shopping for "the woman" If you can find someone with a pass, there is a huge Marketplace going on in Denver during the stockshow. If she just wants to ignore the cattle show portion of Denver, there are some cool malls, like Flat Irons, that she can wonder. Can always go to "Low Do"...

Stay on Quebec street. Most of those hotels, even the old Ramada which is now like hotel 3737 or something, are good and decent. And, if there are any sales while you are there at hotels you can walk. They all have shuttles, too. Or, I think it is on Peoria there is a hotel that has a happy hour...
