i weighed the big boy today and he weighed 850.

We throw all of our corn shucks and matermelon rines across the fence and the cows always go crazy.  They also seem to like freshly cut grass. I don't know why, but they do.

My foot got stepped on the other day through my boot and made blood got under my big toe....it in the process of falling off....ouch :-\

Wow.....i sold my ram last week and he went for $40 but that's a lot for just a sheep.    :-\ :-\

we weighed him the first weekend in June and he weighed 760.

and i looked for that because i saw it before. but i couldn't find the page with that post.  i have posted pics before and have never had a problem.

i tried to post something with two pics and when i click on them to look at them they are just blank.  What am i doing wrong?

i showed a cow calf pair last october.  I let the calf nurse before they were put up for the night and early the next morning.  If you do not do it early the results will not be as good.  allow at least 6-7 hours before show prep.

people have found that they do better in the hotter weather.  At the state fair almost all exibitors show brahman cattle, or have a brahman cross.

i like herefords.  I show simmental hereford crosses.  They are very laid back and are beautiful animals.  :)  But the people down here discorage them a lot due to years past. :(

i started showing cattle four years ago and have been around them and had many bottle babies throughout my life.  so..almost 16 years... <cowboy>

well, people in south and central florida seem to love brahman and anything that you cross with it.  i personally do not like brahman cattle. :-\

Well, we have simmental/hereford crosses, but we have some that could easily pass as pure breed.  But the delima is that we live in Florida.
