Well I personally hope my herd sire will be the best thing!!! WHR Stonehenge is his name and we really love the way he is built, fluid moving and docile. Add in Bloodstone x Cumberland and we feel pretty confident. I love the Cumberland cows.

We have shown under all of them except for Wade, Tracy and John Steve Kennedy and Brandon Callis are both real good judges. Jim Mazuerkiewicz has his own opinions (strange at times), he likes straight shouldered animals, dont take a freak in front of him. Gary Clayton is a good steer judge

We used to feed Evergreen which is also Kent until they closed down their Ft Worth plant. We now feed Honor Show Chow. Like them both, feed what you can get fresh.

If your raising Shorthorns for commercial then your best off doing retained ownership through the feedlot because if the calf aint black then you get screwed!

Well we purchased a solid white bull this year because of his genetics and all my buyers want whites and roans and all I have is mainly red cows with red calves this year. I could sell every roan that hits the ground. We did have one roan this year sired by Jake's Proud Jazz. Must be wrong...

Out of our 36 embryo flush we have 2 pregnancies off of 3 embryos implanted and the donor has bred back with no issues.

We froze 36 and 31 on back to back flushes on our lead donor.
