Rodman has proven himself multiple times & seems to pass on 'the look'. Darkhorse created quite the stir, as did Style. Or you could go with the 2011 NAILE & 2012 NWSS Champion, First Impression.

P.S. Before you knock the idea-- what's the pedigree of that one bull.. Heatwave X ANGUS?... oh yeah, Monopoly is his name.

I realize anything can happen, and it could just be a fluke, but we cut a 110# heifer out of a first calver, that was bred to Rodman. Mama still hasn't stood. I'm just saying these "surefire" calving ease Angus can have some trouble too.

I've never seen a truly dominant breeding animal in the show ring turn into something truly outstanding in the breeding pen...
Well apparently, you haven't been around the livestock industry much than. LOL
What you just said had 2 be one of the dumbest things ever.... It's Called Genes!
You haven't a clue what you're talking about. I suggest you take advice from those clearly in the know. Being competitive in the show ring and having the consistency bred in to replicate themselves have absolutely nothing in common.chucksam said:feed grass said:putting the cart before the horse aren't ya?
