The Grandsire of both of these bulls is BONNYVIEW HERO 7Z , who was born in the 1960's.

Gotta go back outside so I dare not look him up but that top one has a Perfect Count look to him, but this sire was from before?
Somebody did a nice job on that new stretch of Canadian fence.

Finally looked it up and see I was way wrong.
But to make amends, here is a picture of Alauna Collynie

I can't tell you the exact year Coyote, but Aluana Collynie was born in the early 50's.I have a double bred grandson in the tank that was born in 1958.The sire of A.C. was pretty stacked up to King Collynie Jr.
Your bulls look good.

They was this about a son, which would place Aluana Collynie in the mid 1940's?
"In the Polled Shorthorn Show, under judge Herman Purdy of Ohio State University, J. W. Bennett & Sons, Oakville, Washington, brought Hilldale Collynie 60th, a senior bull calf by Alauna Collynie, from the far West to take the championship" (quote about the 51'-52' show season).

I stand corrected Coyote.December 19 1944 3:37 pm central time  ;D [born in Iowa].That white bull looks like he could have come out of the Teegarden herd in the 1940's.

Would to be great have semen of white bull here.
The exact beast type and color I'm looking for.

We are drawing semen on this bull. He is Bell M Foreman 30A, the Agribition champion and made it in the top 10 in the RBC Beef Supreme Challenge this past fall. He maybe the type of bull you want. We have calves by this bull, he is the real deal.
