Call the owner or the AMAA and ask? You can not find it on their web site, at least I could not.

I sent an email to the AMAA asking if you can register a clone and if you can what number to use for Ali 2, if I get a rely I will let you know.

Register it as an ali its gonna dna the same so who cares

You could do that, but you might as well wait 2 to 3 months to check the pasture for day olds as well.
