Knabe. Great find. What is  impressive about the illustrations (etchings) is the fact they were rendered directly from the photo image which makes them extremely accurate with a traditional old time look. A nice change from other etchings where the cattle are extremely out of proportion and had a stylized look. You can easily distinguish the different breeds of cattle.
