Attached is a pic of the clubby Hereford, we are taking to Denver named Big Jake.  He is a paternal sib to champion steers at San Antonio, Houston, Fort Worth and the Fall Classic.

Big Jake is a Rawhide out of a summit cow.  Most people don't know who Rawhide is because his owner won't sell semen on him or promote him.  So no we didn't raise him.   Rawhide on just covering 20 cows natural service no AI a year has been as dominant as any bull I know of.  Since 2004 he's produced champion at Houston, reserve at Fort Wort,h Champion at San Antonio, Reserve twice at Houston, Reserve once at San Antonio, and had the Reserve overall steer at the Belt Buckle with a hereford marked son.

They are going to try and jump him a couple of times next week and see if we can put away some cheap insurance in case of something going wrong on the road.

Thanks everyone for the nice compliments.

He looks great, espeically for a hereford! What's his breeding?

You have it wrong - he looks great because he IS a HEREFORD LOL  ;D
Nope I think no matter what color you paint him he is still going to look good! The fact that he is a hereford make him even better!

Super looking bull. Wonder what he would do on a solid red female that has some Maine and Chi genetics?

I think if he got put on a red clubby cow, he could produce some big time winners in the Herf classes where you don't hafta have papers.

Awesome looking bull.

Telos you might be one generation away with a solid red cow, but the next generation could be awesome hereford steer mommas.

Does he have a reg. number? Rawhide 100%?

CPL,  NO he is not registered his daddy Rawhide is a stampede out of a wills daughter.  So he's double bred summit.
