My thoughts and prayers go out to those killed and injured yesterday at the Marathon.
It hit kinda close to home as my family Dr ran in the marathon yesterday. He and his family had just gotten back to the hotel (which was within walking distance) when the explosions happened. They had to evacuate from their hotel not longer after.

There was a couple from my home town here in Saskatchewan that ran in  the race yesterday as well. I have  not heard if they are safe, but expect if they weren't, that we would have heard something by now. This is yet another sad and sickening event that affects all of us, and I just don't understand the lack of mentality that must go with someone or some group that do these things. My prayers are with the families of those injured or dead. There is no place in HELL adequate for those responsible for this.

Something very bad is up with the "immediate" deportation of the innocent English student Muslim.

People are in denials about the "morality" of different cultures and our stupidity of importing them on a massive scale and our own government turning their backs on its citizens for crimes committed against family members.

I would suggest talking with someone who has lost a loved one to a different culture to see if morality shouldn't be legislated, especially to human trafficking and how our government has allowed people to escape justice.

I really don't see the need to import people On student visa's to study English.

I think what Wolf was trying to convey is that he hoped is wasn't a group of people that sent these guys over here to kill us. Personally, some how, I would feel better if it was just a few nut cases. And now with one suspect dead, it is looking like it might very well indeed be of foreign origin. Only time will tell. Perhaps by the end of today.

Fox is reporting that they are Chechen, and brothers and seemingly had lived in the Boston area for a few years. They also showed 2 other men handcuffed but do not know if they are suspects or innocent folks that had not heard they were supposed to stay indoors. Wolf needs to be more clear in his comments because the way it came across is that he hoped it was a white American male.

Regardless the bombing on Monday was a travesty and several innocent folks were injured and killed by a couple of nut jobs.

Sorry Knabe I'm not sure I follow you there. Rationalized or not for someone to decide to harm as many people as they can with an explosive device there is something wrong upstairs . Anyone that commits premeditated murder rather it is an act of terrorism or murder has to have a screw loose somewhere . That's just my opinion about anyone that would commit such a heinous act.

While these men's father lives in Russia it just goes to show the vast difference between the way my family and friends and most of the people that I know or associate with were brought up and an obviously absent father that believes his children were angels. As parents we want to believe our children would never do such a thing but if parents are not involved in their lives they only remember/believe what they want too.
