I was going was going through some old sire catalogs and I came across a Maine Angus bull named Compound out of Cunia. Does anyone know anything about him or have used?
Wilkins bred him and used him if I remember correctly. We had several compound cows two were out of high% maines and the rest were simmi angus and chi. I dont think we ever tried him on heifers mainly used him on old cows. Birth weights were on average 75 to 80 lbs. His female were very good. They milked well had good udders and were easy keeping kind of cows. The best cow on our place for years was a Platinum x Compound.
