We had a heifer calf born this a.m. sired by Sunseeker and out of a Monsoon cow (Maine).  She is up and toddling around but walks on her back hooves + pasterns.  Like really really flat footed, but on inspection, there is not fliexibility in the pastern joint so it seems the joint is fused so that she will always walk on the part of the leg including the hoof and pastern.
Is this a type of TH?
Thanks.

We had a calf born like that last year, looked like he was on skis.  It took about a month, but he did finally come out of it.
