health requirements for naile

ok, i cant seem to find where the health requirements are for exhibiting out of state cattle at naile...can someone lead me in the right direction?

when i go to ky dept of ag, office of state vet, sale and exhibition, Sale and exhibition requirements for out-of-state livestock are established in
302 KAR 20:040, Entry into Kentucky.

Standard type papers, but you will have to have a permit number to enter unless something has changed.
