Are they still doing well compered to HW and HW sons?  I am just thinking of paying the difference and buying Heatseeker semen. I have never had any heatseekers, what are the pros and cons?

My Heat Seekers are more inconsistent  than Heat Waves if you can believe that. For instance, I have had over 20 ET full sibs and you couldn't tell that one was related to the other. Some are really good but all are a little different.

I would say that the heatseekers are a little prettier, but just don't have all the mass as heatwaves do.  I have had both and I prefer the way the heatwaves feed out .

The Heatseekers that we have had have performed according to who was on the dam side. Some have been meaner than snot, others kittens. Some massive others pretty. I would not say he is super consistent. Local breeder that is pretty large used him pretty heavy and sold some high dollar ones. Nice looking calves.
