Is this cow flush worthy?

Three year old purebred Angus cow of Musgrave breeding.
She is clubby in appearance, frame 4.5 and productive.
Her calf is shown below at 2 1/2 months.

If flush worthy, what would you use?

Personally she may be a little frail in her make-up but being a three year old she still has some growing/filling out to do.  Why not see if she can produce another good calf or two consistently before flushing?  Generally the only reason to flush young cows is to capitalize on a popular bloodline.
