look what I picked up this morning

The post office called at 5:15 this morning to let me know that my chicks had arrived  <party>


26 black broilers from Ideal poultry.

THey are so cute too bad we are going to eat them!

Luckily I have a shipment  of pullets coming next week that I can get attached to.

Pearl Ann, I was going to ask you how they were doing! Looks like a healthy batch. Just make sure the boys wash well after handling the chicks & don't squeeze too tight!

I have the bottle of hand sanitizer right beside them

Aiden is real good with the chicks untill you go to take them away, boy does he hold on for dear life you have to pry them out of his hands  same thing with kittens.  He really does love them, but boy can he throw a fit!
