Our County show is in Oct 2010 also.  Don't you think you need something a little older. (april, May or early June)  I figure this will stir up a hornets nest.

The problem with our show is we go by weight (500# min- 1000# max) not age. Reason for this is you can cheat the dates but you can't the scale.

Wow!  That's a shame.  How are the kids ever supposed to learn?  If I were a parent in your county, I would do whatever it took to get on that Board, and enlist the movers and shakers in the area to get it fixed!
