Has anyone ever been to his sale's?  What would be a range for steers and heifers?  It's about a 6 hour drive so I want to make sure this is something practical to go to.

Somebody else may know offhand, but I can call a friend of mine named Brad Buttrey who works for Mimms & ask him.

I went last year, they have free food and give away caps.  Now, I am new at this but it was not what I was expecting.
If your gonna go get there early or you will have to push to the arena to see the calf in the sale ring.  My CEA took my son early and
they picked out a few on the sale paper...I didnt get to even bid on any of the ones he liked...they were running over 15 grand.
Toward the end there was a few that went for 2500 or so  I picked up a Heatwave calf for 1100.00.  Its really a neat sale,
and if you are in the market for a great one they were there....just bring your checkbook. ;)

Went through them today.  Looked awful nice as usual.  There were a couple that I thought could be special.
