Momma cows

What do you like best 3/4simmi-1/4 angus or 1/2simmi-1/2angus for momma cows?

I like a shot of Chi in ours.  Nothing better than that big momma cow that lays down spits it out and has it up and nursing before you find them.

We like a 1/4 to 1/8 angus in our momma cows give them the angus maternal without losing the exotic jam for performance.
