Thoughts on this bull? How is he for producing productive females? Or is he mainly just for producing show heifers? What does he seem to click well with?

I have not used the bull myself but, have used a red rider son and birth weights were very eradic.  The females that I retained were great producers.  They do seem the be more likely to be born with the pasturns  bowed forward but, straighten out later.  My red rider son never produced Amy bull calves that I like just heifers. Hope this is useful.

Impressive bull to see in person.  His  mother is the back bone of  the Narrow Brook program that has been built by one of the most intelligent cattleman I know.  The Daphne cow is a very moderate powerhouse of a cow, low rider himself will not add a tremendous amount of size and growth from what I have seen, not that they are small by any means.  I think he is a slight outcross that is perfect for the times.  Call Matt and ask, he can give you a tremendous amount of insight on the bull.  I think he can add some style and substance to those bigger framed shorty deals that need some fleshing ability and body.  Im excited to see how Cates use him.

I used him on an Ace of Diamonds X Rosemary heifer and am very pleased with the heifer that she had. I think Jake B. said it pretty well
