her dam was a purbred polled Hereford

I kind of thought she might had been a Hereford Cross. 

Just wasn't for sure.

Thanks, the cow has been one of our best, an easy keeper and tiny udders with loads, and loads of milk,
she is on the tiny side as far as her size, so we really have to watch what we breed her to.  She had a nice show
career too, super good disposition, thats mostly casue of the hereford in her Im sure.  She has been a really fun cow to have.
I will hate like heck to part with her someday.  This might be one of the best pairings we have had with her though.

Calf is a heifer (duh)  I forgot to mention that
