My son and I built this barn as a toy for him to play with.  I thought it turned out really cool! (clapping)  It is 24x30 with a 12 inch rafter.  It is perfect size for play with ertl Big Farm toy sets.  I used standard pole barn contruction with interlocking gates.  The gates actually lock into the support beams of the barn both inside and out.  It has a hayloft (complete with racoon) and a sliding door on one side.  I am actually working on a cool room for the inside and designing  a cupula for the top.    The roof is removeable or can be tipped up making it easy to play with.  I have a few friends that have seen it and said I should make more and sell them.  It has really been easy to build and a great way to spend time with my son.  What do you think?  Any ideas for improvement?
