http://www.diamondshorthorns.com/updated/ is our new website layout we have a few changes yet most of which is catching everything up to being current  but I am so excited so I thought I would have a little brag.  I will be adding the rest of the females to their respective families over the next little while and adding videos of those I have missed in that time as well. Officially Diamond Shorthorn's new look will go live sometime next week

I also would like to thank Merlin of Clippity-Clop's Web Design for his patience since I am sure that my ideas were not easy to work with!

As usual; Merlin has again done a very good job
Clear, concise, to the point, with info arranged in a non cluttered, readily readable manner.
Only one observation - You have put your contact info on every page - is that necessary? Does it take up valuable space for other info? Just an thought.

Thanks for the feedback! We will have the rest of our pictures/videos up after Agribition so officially at that time the entire Diamond/Frimley cow herd will be online.  I was hoping to create a site that really allows people to see what our herd is about (history), the numbers and more importantly the overall structure of the program.  I have been blessed with all of Merlin's help as I didn't give him an easy task but he rose to the occasion and made a site that I am really proud of!

Dad and I are discussing Bob's point which I feel is very valid :D

Very good job Jaimie! Your website does what a website is supposed to do. It's informative, and gives an excellent overview of your entire herd and it's history. I know how much work is involved in re-doing your website, as we have been working on ours for months ( well, when we get some time to work at it)

The new website is live!!! I would like to thank everyone for their positive comments, and helpful corrections that were sent by pm, I would also like to thank Merlin
(Clippity-Clop's Web Design) again for the spectacular job he did with the site he has yet again proven that he is truly amazing.  (I feel like I am giving an academy awards speech right now ;)). As mentioned before the rest of the cow herd will go up after Agribition as well as the rest of the cow family histories.

She is a really neat mare, she was purchased from Bar None I most likely only acquired her do to the track shortage in Alberta (which has been unbelievably hard on the Alberta Thoroughbred Horse Society). Although  I do suspect I am wasting her excellent running potential by creating three day eventers :p

For anyone watching at home, I mentioned it in another thread, but site speed is now in Google's algorithm.  The faster, the better.

Your website loaded in 0.5 seconds, page size 72 kb.

Your website is faster than 96% of all tested websites
