I am new to breeding with club calf bulls but I have been breeding commercial angus and angus cross cattle for years. What are your opinions for club Bulls on cows that typically look like the one in the pictures to get mostly fat steers and a few nice replacement heifers to build more clubby based herd. Thanks

Walks alone has done wonders adding power and show ring appeal on Angus based commercial type females.

You will take a hit if you sell clubby cattle through
a sale barn.  Gotta sell or feed the cattle that are
not bought as club calves.

Sure you want clubby cows?

This one looks like a productive cow that will produce
growth calves that will top the market.

The Char is a good idea for terminal use, not so much for a base cowherd. There are better options to lay your foundation with.
