Looking for a new bow and am considering the Parker Blazer.  Anyone have experience with Parkers?

I think you would have better luck throwing a parker at a deer than shooting it. If your on a tight budget and your looking for a new bow, plain and simple fred bear is the best for the money. If you don't mind a used bow look for a higher end used bow like a hoyt, mathews, or bowtech, but if your lucky enough to have all that money just go spend 800 on a brand new bowtech general. (lol)

Silver....now that is FUNNY!

I'm a mathews man myself, but my stepdad just got a new Hoyt, and wow it is cooool. It's not as smooth drawing as a Mathews, but it has a rock-solid wall and is super fast and level shooting.  I shot a bowtech for a while, and they are quite nice, but I keep coming back to Mathews.  If you're gonna buy a used bow, I don't know if you can beat a Mathews Outback or Switchback....or even a Drenalin.

I got a new bow a couple of years ago.  Go on Ebay when the new year models (2011) come out (they may have already?) and you'll be able to find dealers dumping their 2010 models for great prices.  I got a brand new top of the line Bear bow in the box a couple of years ago for $250.  It has been great since then.  Just a place to look where you might find a good one and save some money.  As for Parkers, haven't heard too much good about them.
