My new UDS (ungly drum smoker) and a couple of the Dr. who son/ Ali heifer 2 mo10 days.

I plan on throwing a brisket on the smoker this weekend, I can use the Weber grill dome lid, it fits right on top of the drum. So far I've done the potatoes and tri-tip, a rolled roast and leg of lamb on the smoker.
