Red Ter-Ron Fully Loaded is his name.
Red Angus

He would make some nice Durham Reds. Reminds me of OCC cattle.

I watched this bull with anticipation as he started out. But I don't know if it's Six Mile's marketing or his actual performance (calves) isn't what it should be. I am waiting to see a few calves before I jump on his bandwagon.

He looked great in pictures. Just wondering. So Fine Line Mulberry you say is better. I really liked this guy's body. Oh well. Thanks for input.

I like both Mulberry and Fully Loaded.Personally, while these two bulls were  never shown in the same class, I thought Fully Loaded was a better bull for what I was trying to produce. I tried to get some Fully Loaded semen to flush some of my Shorthorn donors to, but they are not selling his semen in Canada... and not even to a Shorthorn breeder. I did flush two donors to Mulberry and had two excellent flushes. I got 35 grade 1 embryos from the two flushes.  I have the first ET calf on the ground and all I can say is WOW! I have a bull calf that I think is  awesome, and I think he looks better every time I look at him. I will try to get some pictures of him once we get out of this crazy winter we are having.  I definitely will be implanting more of these embryos and flushing more cows to him. I would also like to flush to Fully Loaded and I will keep trying to talk them into selling me some.

Both these bulls are pretty big. I think both were 2500 + when they were shown as two year olds, but they had also porked out on show ration.

If you are interested in Red and Black Angus genetics, also check out the herd sire list at Soo Line Cattle Company, also DKF Red Angus and Southview Red Angus. These are all located close to us here, and they all run some excellent breeding programs.

Genex is carrying a bull called Dunlouise Red Native.

Native scotch bull no imported genetics would work awesome for some Durham influence/

Here is a photo of a Fully Loaded son that Genex has available.  Above is the link where you can find a photo of his dam and more info on him.
I personally did not like Fully Loaded at all.  Stalled across the alley from him all week at CWA and did not see what everybody else did.....at all!
I would go with Mulberry, personally.  Actually IMO Fully Loaded is not like OCC cattle at all!! At all.....!
On the other hand, like P-F said, the Scottish bulls that Genex have on offer ARE exactly like OCC cattle IMO.

On another note......JIT, did you get those two PM's I sent you or is my computer being a goof??

I can't help but notice in the picture that they have buried his front legs and a good portion of his lower hind legs.  Yikes, back to the 50's!!!

Shucks, the cattle from the 50's were pretty darn nice I thought. Wouldn't mind havin' a whole herd of them. Well, add a little milking ability. Plus, they always looked so, so, so, cute! Well, they're small and they're stuffed down in that straw, and they just look nice. Maybe I'll stuff my little heifer in straw up to brisket and take a pic. She'd pretty near pass for a 50's calf.
