Hello, my name is Sheradan and this is my fifth and final year of showing beef cattle. I am writing this entry today because one of my heifers has lost hair on her front legs, where she lies down, which I understand is normal. However, because she is a show heifer, hair is extremely important and I need to make those balding spots begin to grow hair again.
I was just curious if anyone has found a good solution to this problem other than working that hair like crazy? Any strange concoctions of Sullivan's products or some type of ointment? I was just wondering how others of you out there have handled this frustrating problem and if anything seems to really stimulate that hair to grow back. Thank you so much!
