I would like to know yalls opinions on which pb maine bulls will moderate frame and add thickness. I would also like opinions on crossbred bulls that fit the same category, however I would like to stay away from carrier bulls.

Thank Yall!

TLM BOUNCER 152L might be worth a shot.

I have always loved my Ground Zero calves, and they make great females to keep.

BPF MERCEDES BENZ, I hear he is throwing great calves but I have not seen for myself. Also can't remember if he is a carrier.

DCC SMOKIN' JOE 157P, if you like Ali I think this is one of his best proven sons out there. The genex rep says the Smokin Joes are always the most consistant good calves he sees.

Thanks for that! I have always liked ground zero as well but am scared they may have too much grow for the size cows they are going on. Mercedes benz looks real interesting, it would be nice to see some calves. And i know about smokin joe and his concistency, do you know how much he will power one up?

I just sold a Smokin' Joe steer off a first calf Charbray heifer for a slick show and he really stoutened the calf up.  The cow is very feminine and correct but needed a little more power and he did it.  Only 'Joe calf I've had so take my opinion with a grain of salt but I'll have more hitting the ground shortly.  Good luck whatever you choose!

The ground zero calves I have had grow to usually the same frame as the cow, just thicker. I have a 3 Year old Ground Zero that I raised that will have her first AI calf next spring. She has always been my fav. AI female I have kept. My least fav heifers I have kept are ALIs.
