What kind of soap does everyone use on their show cattle? and..... How do you get rid of dingle berries (crap clumps) without pulling all of the leg hair out?

we just use joy once a week or as needed. Soak the poo balls in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes and they should break up pretty easily.

WHenever you wash frequently you have to replace oils you are removing from the hair. We use 79 cent to 99 cent VO5 from dollar store. It doesn't remove as much of the natural oils as some. You can use easy all on the clumps let it set. (The same stuff you use to break calves down.) soaking with warm water helps and baby oil. Usually if you rinse long enough they break up.
After you wash make sure you are using some type of conditioner.

We also use joy, other than right before a show or clipping and then we will use the easy all soap, I think it does a better job, just can't justify the cost for normal hair care.

I use Mane and Tail.... you can dilute it a lot and still be effective, so it makes it pretty cheap.
I also condition them once a week.

Pooh balls: Soak with baby oil. Apply till totally soaked through then simply pull them off! All the hair remains!

I always shopped at the local Beauty Supply for Shampoo, Infusion, and Hair Dye; much cheaper when you buy in bulk.  My shampoo was whatever was the cheapest by the gallon that had added proteins.
