I like both heifers. It is hard to tell with photo quality (i know its tough) on the second one but the first one to me looks really long bodied and anglular. Looks like heifer number one will make a nice replacement. Little harder to evaluate the second heifer but a quick glance she seems to be okay with all the right parts and peices.

They are both out of WHR cow families, The red one is out of the WHR Banner Duchess cow family and the second is out of the WHR Lisa family, she has not been in the barn as long so she is still scared of people being in her stall.

These are some of the recent photos of the calves from the state fair. All were born on our place, and are out of WHR Sonny Deuce or WHR Billy Cumberland (3/4 brother to Sonny) our pasture bull. The Two red calves won their class and their divison in the Texas State Fair jr. Show. The roan calf is just about ready to go and see some rings, now just finding someone that could take her out.

Liked the roan until I saw her clipped up-now I love the roan-square hip-cool but and a lotta bone- the reds looked like they really went through a grow stage-the roan looks smaller with a larger head and ears-kinda early maturing, if the roan grows out some, bodies down, and remains sound,- to me-shes the best one. They are both looking really really good. I've always liked Sonny Deuce quite a bit.

Best one I've ever seen was the plus heifer out at WHR a couple of years back. I think she brought like 16k or something like that.
