We use a BUNCH of Double Dip. It is a good conditioner, and we use it on them in the wash rack, after we rinse and we squeegee them off we spray it in, comb them up and then head straight to the shoot. It cuts out any left over soap residue still in the hair or on the body. Really keeps them from drying out.

How does the double dip work? Can you leave it in, or does it have to be washed out? I seem to be getting some slight build-up in some of our heifers since it's too cold to wash, so I'm trying to figure out what I can spray and brush to cut through that junk without drying their hair and skin out.

We rinse about every day, but Double Dip can be left in and will not cause any issues.

ABSOLUTELY AGREE, I was just answering the qusetion as to what to get from sullivans. I would day if you are making a large order and are already getting a couple of gallons of sheen, then go ahead and buy a gallon of vinegar and make your own. We actually use straight vinegar as a dump at the end of washing on some really hairy calves.

Hey there, we are new to showing and have never fitted a steer before. I was reading about what you bought. What is a neck sweat and what do you ue the tail glue for? Also, I am guessing that the frame measuring stick is to determine how heavy to make the animal? Please give us any advice you think might be helpful.

Ezall soap applicator!!

Is this the Foamer?  I have been eyeing that for a while.  But haven't pulled the trigger on the $30.  Does it simply speed things up?  Can you use any soap in it?

The Ezall applicater is the best!  I didn't think so at first.  We had one & were only using the EZall products in it until I read on here that lots of people are using them for various products.  Well... That thing is now one of my 'must haves' .    I bought another one last summer - got the Breast Cancer Promo one with all the coupons, etc.  That was a good deal for me.

I'm already working on a new Sullivan's list even though I picked up several things at the Royal.  I need a new fogger or 2.

Yes, yes and YES!! you can use whatever you want in it. they are great.

You use tail adhesive to fit legs, tail head, and the tail

Is this motions stuff a soap that you need to rinse out? Or is it like an oil you can spray on the calves and leave in?

The Motions if I am not mistaken is actually a lotion type moisturizer. What I think they are meaning to say is Luster Pink Spray. which is an oil like Pink Oil or Final Bloom, Its not going to make their hair grow like crazy but it will help keep it in good condition
