Delaware's residents life administrators developed a program that covered a variety of topics.

a racist is one who is both privileged and socialized on the basis of race by a white supremacist (racist) system.  The term applies to ALL WHITE PEOPLE....By this definition,
people of color cannot be racist.

Any sexist or racist speech should was to be treated with the same urgency as fire, rape, or a suicide attempt.

THIS IS NOTHING BUT THOUGHT CONTROL AND INTOLERANCE.

MANDATORY AND COERCIVE.

Question.  Why is this a program in the dorm and not the classroom as an elective (which it is)?

Just who's business is it what our thoughts are?

The long term effect is to teach CONFORMITY.

That kind of thing happens at the University of Illinois to a lesser extent.  The first week I was there I was told that I was a racist bigot who rapes women on a weekly basis.
