Is he really $75 bucks a straw? I know he's dead and all but didn't think it would go up that high that quick

When I bought some in April it was some of the last at $25 straw.  Rep told me new price was $40, which is what others are saying too.

Clone, ( Who II ). I seriously think that there are plenty of Who Made Who sons available to use that IMO are really better than WMW, I know that some of you or possibly most of you would argue this opinion, but I think that there are many that can do it a touch better than WMW @ a reasonable price.

Dr. Who's IMO are more complete without as many structure problems, Hannibal on the right type of cow, Wilson will make very good replacements, All About Who although he is a carrier will have good calves and can be used on virgin heifers to name a few. I also think that in the clubbie world, a lot of our front end troubles stem back to Take Charge. our clubbie genetics pretty much are concentrated in 3 bulls. Heat Wave, Heat Seeker, & Who Made Who. Think  about the buck fronted calves & see if they don't have WMW in there somewhere. Not all, but most will have. In saying this, I have great respect for WMW, but also think that we can sure find one of numerous sons to use that are reasonably priced. JMO. Brent

Long, long story behind all of the misinformation on that one. Wilson's reg. # is aca, S-337012. If you go look him up he is WMW x Full throttle lined up on the bottom side. The pedigree is 100% correct with the ACA. Wilson can make good steers on carrier cows of course, but for me, his daughters are going to be what I am finding his best attribute by far. I think that Throttle being lined up on the bottom makes him  a little more predictable than what we'll find in some of the others. Brent

To me the three most influential bulls in modern club calves are Heatseeker, Who, and Throttle.  Sunseeker has all three and when is bred right he can make them pretty good and is the most consistant bull for stamping bone and hair into a calf.  Its the structure problems and a few other things you have to manage around, but Sunseeker is still one of my favorites.
