Today we published a new format to our website. Instead of the traditional style website, we changed to a blog style format.  The new format is a more interactive, and will provide more real-time news.  Updates can be done anywhere we have an internet connection, including our phone.  The Ft. Worth Open Show will be our first trial to updating on the road.  We plan on providing a picture of our display along with our barn and location for people to stop by.

The new website format is in conjunction with the debut of our new bull ZNT Montego Bay.  He will be in Ft. Worth for anyone that would like to see him in person, and we hope to get some video up on our website soon.

Check it out at:  www.zntcattle.com

Hope y'all enjoy!

Really like the new format on your website. What is the date of the Maine Show?

I saw ZNT Montego Bay about 4 weeks ago, and he really is a powerful calf. I suggest everyone take a look. Super interesting pedigree going back to those full sisters of both Core and Buck.

I like the switch, blogs are an excellent way to keep a website fresh.  Search engines love frequently updated sites and blogs.

I have to go to school next week to get my operators license for our little water system north of Vernon.  I will be taking extension classes from A & M and will get to the show late.  Hope to see you on Saturday anyway..... best wishes.  I like you new bull and am sure this is the one you told me about.

As many of you have seen from our website, it consists of a new blog format.  I have decided to expand upon this concept and decided to include an actual blog within the website.  The purpose of this blog is not to tell people how to raise their cattle, but rather to let the public know what we do at ZNT Cattle, and the philosophies we use in making decisions within our cattle operation.  The plans are to include a variety of text, picture, and sometimes even a video blogs, ranging from making management decisions and marketing, to how to torch cattle and induce cows.  The goal is to put out a blog weekly, but feel free to check out the archives for past posts that interest you.  All the normal content of our website is contained within their corresponding pages.

Again, our website is www.zntcattle.com.  I'd love to hear your comments and questions!

Thank linnettejane for the comments and the ideas. I just post a blog about Spring vs Fall Calving today. My plans for my next video blog will  be about proper handling of semen and loading an A.I gun. I'd love to hear more blog ideas. Keep them coming!
