I will have to get some pictures of olie calves. They are flat good. We didn't have any problems calving them on heifers but i just dont think he his quite as sure fire as some others. And true he might sire some shallow gutted calves, but he is a legacy so i think that should be expected, but...

ours are all stout, but too loose made. there are things you really like about them, but they just dont seem to put it all together in a complete package.

Hook's Shear Force they come small and grow. The ones we have had have more performance than any dream on calves and you can still get that pretty show heifer every once in a while. Never had too many bulls, but they were easy to sell.

English Sheppard work cattle all morning and they will be in there helping and then grab a gun and they will flush and retreive. Mine would much rather hunt then chase cows, but he does both.

All i have to say is that it is really sad how little trust we as a society have in eachother. A saying that pretty much says it all "In God We Trust, All Others Pay Cash!"

We really liked his calves. The were smaller at birth HAIRY and stout. When they were born they were just cute little fur balls, but they grew well and seemed to all soften up in the middle quite a bit. the only problem I had with them was that they didn't get very big. I would also vote for Shear Force, they come easy and all of ours grew like weeds.
