They have changed their rule and PHA carrier bulls can be papered after september 1, 09 they will have 3 categories of registrations 1) PHA TH free by pedigree of test 2) PHA TH carriers 3) PHA or TH possible carriers

AMAA changed that rule and as of September 09, bulls can be registered.

I heard ABS let a few bulls go because they had a short penis?  I heard that it is highly heritable, but what are the downfalls to it.  Boys keep this clean I am just curious, why it matters for a bull.
