Yea, they haven't used those bulls in a while. Bushranger they still have semen on, but I don't think they are doing much AI. I think the last 2 bulls they have used were from Shadybrook.

Letter from Herbster said that SAV had taken orders for 5,000 straws of semen before the sale and then a bunch more orders since the sale. They were saying that the orders would be filled as entered on the list. They did say that they had plenty of semen on his sire "President" that they own also.

If the calf is big enough and if he gets enough of his body to the side then yes. Watch him close enough you might be ok.

While talking about PaDo bulls , I really like Suds and Downtown Ave. But my all time favorite bull from Stouts was Boxer !!

The deal on the 1/2 chutes in my opinion is the calves had better be very broke. You get one at their 1st show that is constantly swinging to the side, you are going to have a wreck pretty quick.

Mark, Here is 3 other calves sired by this Hot Commodity son. The roan is actually a Plus heifer. She's a 1/4 Maine.

That heifer looks like she has a nice udder from what I see. Calves look good.

Mark, So far he has been very easy calving. Tim has bred him to heifers and cows, commercial and purebred both.

Here is a couple of pics of a September daughter of the Hot Commodity son I posted on another link on here. She is out of a full sister to Asset and free on TH, PHA & DS. This bull is really doing the job, IMO.
