    More corn

    In my area grass hay is higher per pound than corn, maybe we should plant some land back to grass.  I can by corn cheaper than I can raise it.

    I have used it  in the past, it leaves me scratching my head.  I use linear measuring, Allen Williams ultrasound and I eat one Ribeye from each animal that I sell as meat to determine how tender it is.

    I like the heart girth of Iron man.  His mother looks good.  Not many people do have tenderness but it is very important to me.  I raise some gourmet grass fed beef so tenderness is probably the most important trait to me so I can't afford to make a mistake in that area.

    The reason I asked for opinions is I think the way his rump is structured is different than a lot of bulls.  I see many bulls that have a tail head that points to the sky.  I think the slope from hooks to pins on him is a trait I would like to find.  I wish I knew something about his tenderness.
