Yep, you can synchronize and breed 20 head on a weekend, and they'll take 3 weeks to calve. I bred a mature Maine x cow to WA, she ran 10 days over, and it was probably 100 lbs.  She worked hard to have it too.

Estrumate's normal dosage is 2 cc, I think.  If it is, you only want 4 cc.

Well it's the clone of a crossbred animal, usually bred to a crossbred animal. Can't get a whole lot of consistency there. So I'd say yes, clones breed very similar to the original.
