    Wondering about adding Flax meal to ration....thoughts or comments?

    Isn't flax meal the same thing as linseed meal?  Linseed meal has been used in show rations for many years to add protein and fat.  Shouldn't be a problem adding it.

    cottonseed meal is a protein supplement.  41% protien.  You would be better off feeding more med. quality grass hay than the meal.

    Spring in Northeast Oklahoma
