Eddie Haynes, Inc sold the Angus ranch coined Pecan Valley for $2400/acre in July. That was for 426 +/- acres of cow land, a home on it, barns, and pecan trees. It simply depends on what you would require as with any location.

They are docile. Horse broke, come to the feed truck and can be worked with a dog. Nice, gentle cowman kind of cattle.
