for instance, no water etc., to be handed out in line so people giving out the water won't have opportunity to instruct voters what to do.
instead, the legislation says water can be at a point in line or somewhere that has no person handing out the water, thus eliminating coaching.
i don't understand why anyone would be against that.
i wish the media, politicians, companies would discuss specifics instead of narrative.
the specifics seem innocuous, whereas narrative has little utility other than power.
