Looking for info on the Angus bull from Bushy Park called Timber Creek. He really hit me hard. Also, loved the Simmi bull from Minnaert out of Bandwagon called Crowd Pleaser. He also had a really good 2 year old Hereford bull named Harley. I think he was Sullivan bred. Any thoughts on any of these?

I'm sure he's a PB since he's from Sullivan.
I've raised a few hundred herefords and never had any white chests make one look straight like that. Look at the base of his shoulder transitioning into his leg.

I agree that the picture leaves much to be desired. Apparently, he isn't as bad as it looks because he was division champion up on the hill. I'm not a Hereford breeder but I thought Harley was just a real attractive bull. He has a little more flash than your typical 2 year old Hereford. I would love to see a bunch of black baldies out of him.

If you blow the picture up, and study it, there is white in the upper leg area that skews the leg appearance, he does not to be as straight as the picture depicts. I would like to see a picture from the other side, he may look completely different.

There isn't much info out there about him that I can find. I sent an email to Bushy Park asking for a little more information but haven't got any response. From his pedigree, I would suggest that he probably isn't going to be a sure fire calving ease bull. But as far as phenotype he was pretty good. Maybe someone will see these posts and be able to help us out.

When I saw him, I definitely thought he was straight fronted and his knee needs to be laid back in him more. But still was a nice bull tho, other than that.

If you can sacrifice structure that much, then sure.
There are a ton of good Hereford bulls that are also great structured.

Yea, I have seen other better structured Hereford bulls this year that I would use before him. But that doesn't mean the rest of him wasn't good. He could have been shallow bodied, bowed hocked, and narrow, but he wasn't.
I wouldn't use him because of his shoulder but I also saw a pretty popular Hereford bull earlier a few months ago, who's daughters been getting a lot of attention and selling for a lot, who I thought was even worse structured while still not having same width and body or look that he did.
