Thanks for the results.  Looks like a successful sale with good selling and buying being done! Can I ask where the lot 33 cow ended up? From her pics and video she looked like a very impressive female that has a very bright future ahead of her.

sh breeder: congrats on purchasing a great bred heifer, she was definitely one of the standouts on my list.  Hopefully the Canadian genetics work real good for you and you'll be back for more soon!

Here's a photo of her yesterday after getting her home and at the start of the snow. (We have gotten way too much of that in the last 24 hours  ??? )
I really like her type and hope she does well for you in Iowa

Lot 33 is heading to Hargrave Shorthorns  Manitoba. I really love this female and it will be interesting to follow her in their program.

We bid on several females in this sale and came up just short on most of the ones we really wanted. We were able to get Lot 9 from Crooked Post at a very reasonable price I thought. Had others ranked ahead of her obviously but are happy to add her to our herd in SE Minnesota as we have a couple others with very similar breeding lines and have had excellent results 3 yrs in a row!!
Big thanks to Kirk at CP for everything!!

It was a really strong offering yet again at this sale! I was impressed with the overall quality each breeder brought to represent their program!  I don`t think that any of the buyers will be disappointed
