Ok here is the deal.. I would like to have this web developing company develop my custom website.. I am unable to explain to them how I exactly want it. Are there any programs that can help me "draw" the plan out to exactly how I want it? It is better if the program is a little cheap

Form
Break out a pen and pad and draw it up your self or look online and find comparable sites to present.

Function
Write out your specifications.  If you were designing a program, a flow chart is what I would use, but a website I would just write down the specs.

If you can't explain it in conversation or text then I would find other websites that you like and send them over to the designer so they get an idea of what you want. I would also recommend you work with someone who creates websites for farms. They will know what you want. Just my $.02.
