Has anyone heard of this bull? I know he is new, but he caught my eye when I was browsing cattle visions.

First I've seen of him. Looks pretty good. Not loving the combination of low growth and milk, the rest of his EPDs are ok. Looks to be a little linebred too.
He would be one I'd want to see calves out of before I considered using him.

His daddy is a baldy herdsire out at Yardley Cattle Co. in Utah , i do know that much ! I guess thats enough info for me to be curious about him considering the other side of his pedigree is full of household names in the simmy world. Be one to try possibly.

When I look @ who raised him & who owns him now, I think the bull will have some pretty good play. Which #s bother everyone so much when compared to the PB Simi averages?

He is way short on grow, in a calving ease situation Shear Force even has more grow than him, he is alot worse on his MM than alot of bulls. He is pretty good for MCE but being line bred Dream On it scares me, the few I have owned have been my hardest breeding cows. Nice looking bull just not for me.

CAB he is in top 20% for CE, 35% for BW, 80% WW, 75% for YW, 65% for MCE, actually lower than top 95% for MWW, 95% for milk, 35% API, 60% TI. Numbers wise he ain't too hot but like I said he is a good looking son of a gun. Maybe on a milky growing clubby kind of a cow he might work really good one. I'll stick with A.I. bulls that are at least breed average tho. His mother only has one registered calf also. Just him! I like to see a few progeny before I'd use a bull. JMO

heard from a guy that saw him yesterday at Nichols. Described him as ok on bone, GREAT from the side, moderate, really good built and excellent on feet and legs. adequate muscled. His first comment was Dream On with a white face. he will use him

I have been around the bull alot last summer and early fall. He is long bodied, long and clean fronted, and has alot of thickness while being very sound and correct for a two year old bull on the road. He is probably a low 6 on frame not small but not real big. I wouldnt worry too much about him being double bred dream on or sophie, they are both dang good cow families. Line breeding can work and work well. The one calf out of him is a very good march bull calf, he was impressive as was the cow that calf was out of. The question on number is take them for what they worth, numbers with most likely less than .25 accuracy do to being young. The way i look at it is i could care less if the numbers are low if they are not high accuracy, (if they bring alot of other good things to the table), to people that wouldn't use a bull with slightly low numbers can you really say you would go to a sale looking for a bred heifer or open heifer and not buy one that is almost phenotypically perfect and puts everything together you are looking for except has low numbers and you wouldn't attempt to buy it?
